Toy Story 2, the second film in the franchise, was released on November 24, 1999. Lasseter reprised his role as director. The film's plot involves Woody getting stolen by a greedy toy collector who is named Al McWhiggin (voiced by Wayne Knight). Buzz and several of Andy's toys set off to attempt to free Woody, who meanwhile has discovered his origins as a historic television star. In addition to the returning cast, Toy Story 2 included voice acting from Joan Cusack, Kelsey Grammer, Estelle Harris, and Jodi Benson. Toy Story 2 was not originally intended for release in theaters, but as a direct-to-video sequel to the original Toy Story, with a 60-minute running time.[9] However, Disney's executives were impressed by the high quality of the in-work imagery for the sequel, and were also pressured by the main characters' voice actors Hanks and Allen, so they decided to convert Toy Story 2 into a theatrical film.[10] It turned out to be an even greater success than the original Toy Story, grossing over $497 million worldwide.[11] The film was re-released in Disney Digital 3-D as part of a double feature, along with Toy Story, on October 2, 2009.[6]

Is your PS3 not detecting disc? There are several reasons why that might be so. If you buy a DVD or Blu-ray Disc that is either a video or movie disc, one important thing you should note is that some of them are locked to particular regions which means they can only play on devices to which they are assigned to. For example, you can only play a Region A Blu-ray Disc on a Region A device or console. As with discs, it is also important to note that devices may also be locked to particular regions. This is especially the case when the device is older (like the Play Station 2 or 3), but newer systems and consoles (like the Play Station 4 and Xbox One) are mostly region free. Here is some more information about regions for DVD and Blu-ray Discs:
Product placement is increasing in popularity and becoming more acceptable as a standard marketing channel. It typically involves incorporating brands in movies in return for money or promotional support. Fees are variable depending on the relative prominence of the placement in movies, and are usually around $50,000 to $100,000. [53] The product placement may be placed as a backdrop "prop" or may be an integral part of the script. Producers contend that product placement makes sets look more realistic and that brands help define characters and settings. In addition, product placement can help offset production costs. Product placement in the movies first gained attention in 1982 when it was reported that sales of the peanut butter candy Hershey's Reese's Pieces increased by 65% within a month due to its placement within E.T., The Extra Terrestrial. [53] It is reported that placement is being used more in radio, music videos, books, comic strips, plays, and songs [53] and that product placement agencies are increasing in number. [54]
